This class is designed for students who have a solid foundation in ballet basics.
During the one-hour session, we begin with a brief warm-up followed by focused training on pointe shoe technique, including proper fitting, strengthening exercises for the feet and ankles, and mastering correct weight distribution.
Students will practice fundamental pointe movements and basic techniques intensively.
The goal is to safely and effectively develop pointe skills,
elevating the precision and elegance of ballet performance to the next level.

Sequence:

  • Brief warm-up to activate legs, ankles, and feet

  • Fitting check and preparation for pointe shoes

  • Strengthening exercises for feet, ankles, and calves

  • Weight distribution drills and alignment awareness

  • Practice of fundamental pointe steps and positions

  • Repetition of basic combinations to build precision and control
