This class focuses on learning basic movements, terminology, body alignment, and developing body awareness.
With a slow tempo and detailed explanations, students will repeat fundamental exercises
to build stability and internalize the essentials of ballet technique.
Sequence:
Warm-up facing the barre to build posture and activate alignment
Pliés and tendus with focus on control and proper form
Slow dégagés and rond de jambe to increase mobility and coordination
Port de bras practice to connect breath and upper body movement
Basic center work: simple positions and balance exercises
Across-the-floor walks or small jumps to introduce movement flow
